2025-2026 Tourism Photography Project Request For Proposal
RTO3-Hamilton Halton Brant is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to produce promotional tourism photography. The successful Photographer(s)/Agency(ies) will work with RTO3 and local tourism stakeholders to plan, shoot, edit, and produce final photography to promote specific locales in the Hamilton Halton Brant region as a travel destination.
The program’s objective is to create compelling photography showcasing locations within Hamilton Halton Brant in all seasons. Shooting locations are yet to be determined. Efforts will be made to bundle shooting dates for efficiencies, with a maximum of 4 locations to be shot in one day. Want to submit a proposal? Please download the RFP here.
